What is Make it Big?
Make It Big is a free ecommerce conference taking place September 13 – 14, 2022, featuring future-forward insights from global thought leaders and ecommerce pioneers.
How do I join a virtual session?
Select the Agenda page from the top navigation bar. You'll click the "Join Broadcast" button beneath each session title. The broadcast will become active two minutes before the session start time.
If you’re already logged in, it will take you to the broadcast. If you are not logged in yet, you will be prompted to login with the email address you used to register for the event.
When a session ends, come back to the Agenda page and click the "Join Broadcast" for the next session you’d like to join.

How do I join a virtual session?
When a session ends, or if you decide to switch to a different breakout session, click the “Back” button to return to the agenda.
You can then enter the next sessions scheduled to stream by clicking the “Join broadcast” button beneath the session title.
The agenda includes a two-minute buffer between each set of sessions, to allow time to navigate to the next session.
How do I turn on captions?
To turn on captions, click the “CC” button at the bottom of the video that is being streamed.
Will the sessions be available on-demand?
The sessions will be made available on demand after the official dates of the conference (September 13 –14). Select the Agenda page from the top navigation bar. You can click "Watch Recording" under each session title to view the session.
If you’re already logged in, it will take you to the recording. If you are not logged in yet, you will be prompted to login with the email address you used to register for the event.
When the recording ends, come back to the Agenda page and click "Watch Recording" for the next session you would like to watch.
What should I do if I cannot access a session or a recording?
In order to access a session or a recording, you'll need to be registered for the event. If you are not yet registered, please visit the Registration page to register for the event. If you still have questions after your registration is completed, please send us a message on our Contact Us page and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
